Innovative chef Jenine O’Brien, is planting and harvesting produce, to create a variety of gourmet essentials that are seasonally produced from a boutique farm and vineyard based in Karridale, Margaret River, Western Australia.

Paddock 2 Produce create pickles, jams, relishes and chutneys. They are handcrafted in micro batches. Seasonally driven and artfully executed, these preserves are a unique bounty and an essential pantry staple.
