Today we are introducing Body and Soul Retreats – Meditation Album.
My gorgeous friend Kelly from Body and Soul Retreats used to run blissful mini retreats midweek locally.
They were wonderful, they gave my a little respite from the daily ‘Mum’ life, they gave me an opportunity to have time out just for me, to replenish, to rejuvenate, to refill my cup.
Kelly realised that so many Mums were needing this and recorded these meditations for us to use in the comfort of their own home, whenever it suited us.
I often get asked, how do you stay so calm with your large family? How do you do it with so many boys!?
There are many reasons, but today I wanted to share with you one of the ways that I am able to keep myself calm and replenished and these meditations help me to do this.
