The group coaching course is super easy to access and use in our gorgeous portal. The trainings are released on Friday mornings. Q&A sessions are offered weekly with replays available inside the portal. Homework is set in the portal. There is also a private Facebook group for you to interact with other members.

Yes, for this first group, we will have limited places to ensure that I can provide you the support you need during the 6 weeks. You will have access to a private supportive Facebook community group. Even if you aren't a fan of facebook, I recommend that you join for the 6 week period to gain maximum value from the group coaching.

New modules are released on a Friday. This is to ensure that you aren't overwhelmed all at once and you are able to digest the information in the allocated week.

Timing of the Q&A sessions will be determined for each intake, depending which time zone most people are based. The Q&A sessions will be recorded and available for replay (if the timing doesn't suit).

We are all busy....it is crazy busy for me too...You need to consider do you have time for tantrums, sickness, time off work? If not...this is even more important for you....

This depends on you....it depends on how you absorb and implement the information, take advantage of the coaching available. Clients that are action takers and are wanting to resolve a health or behavioural issue can see changes within their family in a matter of days. I usually suggest 2-3 weeks is typical. In the course we get you started....we look at your family favourite meals...you still may have other additives lurking...the best results are seen when all additives are removed. It is up to you to determine how quickly these are removed.

As soon as your payment has been processed, you will receive an email with your login details for the portal. You will have immediate access to your onboarding training. The first module will be released the following Friday.
